Staff & Leadership

    Lead Pastor

My wife, Laurie, and I are parents of four daughters: Cambria, Avery, Carys, and Eliana. My life was forever changed when I first heard about God’s unconditional love in 1 John 4:10 during a small group when I was a freshman in high school. I enjoy running, hiking, swimming, reading, playing with technology tools, drinking coffee and taking adventure trips with my family.

  • Jon Gibson

    Creative pastor

My wife, Carrie, and I moved to Mechanicsville in 2007. I was grateful to be a part of Restoration Church’s beginning and have been overwhelmed at seeing what God can do when his people follow him in obedience. I enjoy all kinds of music and love to spend time with my wife and three children, Dylan, Tucker and Chloe.

  • Bill Moore

    discipleship director

My life is enriched by being a husband to Kristen and father to Gabriella and Vivienne. I grew up in Houston, Texas, spent a decade in North Carolina, and three years in Vancouver, BC, before landing here, in my wife’s home state. I really enjoy traveling, but being rooted even more. I also love being outside with a purpose, such as hunting, fishing, hiking, or grilling.

  • carrie dugai

My loving husband, Brad, and I moved to Virginia in 1998. We have two teenagers still living at home, Erin and Conor. We also have three grown children, Andrew, Wendy and Liz. I enjoy traveling, reading, hiking, camping, leading youth bible study and taking time to relax with a good cup of coffee.

  • Amanda seiders

    ministry assistant

My husband, Cory, and I have three children, Caleb, Ashley and Abby. I love watching them play sports and play music and hanging out with my family. I taught 3rd grade before I had children, and have been a preschool teacher and an instructional assistant. While I enjoyed being in the school system, my job at Restoration allows me serve others within our congregation and our community.
