    Lead Pastor

My wife, Laurie, and I are parents of four daughters: Cambria, Avery, Carys, and Eliana. My sense of call as a pastor is to help people grow emotionally and spiritually in Christ together. I enjoy running, hiking, swimming, reading, playing with technology tools, drinking coffee and taking adventure trips with my family.

  • Bill Moore

    discipleship director

My life is enriched by being a husband to Kristen and father to Gabriella and Vivienne. I grew up in Houston, Texas, spent a decade in North Carolina, and three years in Vancouver, BC, before landing here, in my wife’s home state. I really enjoy traveling, but being rooted even more. I also love being outside with a purpose, such as hunting, fishing, hiking, or grilling.

    YOUTH and college DIRECTOR

I was born and raised in Henrico County and I’ve spent the last four years at Hope Church. While I was in high school, my youth pastor pulled me into her office for a school project and showed me what grace, compassion, and love from God truly looked like. This encounter made me dive deeper into what the Lord had for me and set my heart on fire for developing the faith of those below me. In my free time I love watching sports, playing board games, going bowling, and rewatching tv series on Netflix.

  • Kristen MOORE

I grew up in Virginia, and am so delighted for my family to be back here! I discovered my love for God and his Word at a very young age, and am convinced children of all ages can have vital and joyful relationships with God. I delight in teaching the Word of God, praying that others will be caught up in God's grand unfolding story of redemption. I love laughing, drinking coffee, playing games, reading, any kind of celebration, and going on adventures with my family.

  • Becky Bertrand

    worship director

Mother of two, wife of one and daughter of The Most High, I have had a passion for music since I was young, and have enjoyed being involved in or leading worship teams and choirs for most of my adult life.

While music is my passion, worship is my life. It so important to remember that we should worship our God with every gift, every act, every word, every day, every moment. I am excited to walk beside my Restoration Family as we strive to grow in this area and search for ways to make His name known and glorify Him in our church and community. I love reading, drinking coffee, finding new binge-worthy shows on Netflix and hanging out with my girls.

My husband, Cory, and I have three children, Caleb, Ashley and Abby. I love watching them play sports and play music and hanging out with my family. I taught 3rd grade before I had children, and have been a preschool teacher and an instructional assistant. While I enjoyed being in the school system, my job at Restoration allows me serve others within our congregation and our community.
